Beloved followers of the smoky eyes, we have prepared for you a more summery version of this essential makeup which is so trendy. Even more fabulous than before (and easier to reproduce), the two-toned smoky eye effect consists of a iridescent light on the upper eyelid and a kohl coloured pencil at the level of the lashes of the lower eyelid. We wear it by day and by night, for a fatal look which truly inspires! Everything you need to know is explained in the following steps below:

Step 1: To begin with, apply a black, velvety shade of eyeshadow. It is an intense purple ideal to rejuvenate the eternal black smoky eye effect!

Step 2: To light up the smoky eyes and give it more relief and depth, apply a touch of iridescent shadow to the inner corner of the eye and then stretch it towards the centre of the eyelid. It is also used to emphasize the gaze by applying it to the level of the lower lashes. The colour is degraded as it is lightly blurred with the blotter brush.

Step 3: Apply mascara which lengthens lashes while enhancing curl and moisturizing. Apply multiple coats for a buildable, virtually weightless, smudge and flake-proof look! Don’t pump the wand in and out of the bottle. This pushes air into the tube, which will make the mascara dry out faster, causing clumping and flaking. Instead, gently twist the wand back and forth or in circular motions to pick up the desired amount of product. When you remove the wand from the bottle make sure to scrap off any excess mascara from the wand. Too much product can lead to clumping. If you decide to curl your lashes, begin at the root of the lashes being careful not to get any skin into the eyelash curler. If you don’t have a curler or you’re too afraid to use one, use your fingertips to push up and curl wet lashes.
