#1 Broccoli Cheese Soup
3 ½ cups of cheddar cheese
1 cup of parmesan
3 cups of milk
1 cup of broccoli (1 big broccoli)
1 cup of chicken stock
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
¼ teaspoon of cayenne pepper
½ clove of garlic
salt to taste
First you need to get a deep pan and to heat it on the hot plate a little. Then add the cheddar cheese and the parmesan. After that you need to add the cornstarch and the cayenne pepper.
Chop the garlic clove and add it into the pan as well. Mix the ingredients carefully. Because of the heat the cheddar cheese and the parmesan will melt. Once this happens, the mixture should have homogeneous consistency.
Then you need to add the milk and mix all the ingredients in the pan carefully. Continue cooking the soup while you prepare the broccoli. Wash it and then chop it very thinly. Then add it into the pan as well. Mix it with the rest of the ingredients. If you want, you can add some salt and pepper to your taste.
As a side dish to the soup, you could make some toasts with cheddar on top. Sprinkle a handful of cheddar on a slice of bread and broil it for 3 minutes. You could prepare as much toasts as you like and serve them as a side dish to the soup.
#2 Chicken noodle soup
½ cup of celery
½ cup of carrots
½ pound of cooked chicken
4 cans of chicken broth
2 cups of egg noodles
2 tablespoons of butter
1 cup of diced onions
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
First you need to get a deep pan in which you are going to cook the soup. Then put in it he butter and heat it on the hot plate. Once the butter has melted completely, add the onion which you need to cut into cubes beforehand. Then chop the garlic cloves and add them into the pan as well. Then mix them.
Wash the celery and the carrots and cut them into cubes. Then add them into the pan with the rest of the ingredients. Stir everything well.
Then get the cooked chicken and cut it into small pieces, which need to be big enough for a bite. After you cut it, add it into the pan with the rest of the cooking ingredients and mix them well.
Then you need to add the cans of chicken broth and stir everything a little. And after that you need to add the noodles. Season the soup with the salt and the pepper. Stir everything well.
Once all the ingredients are in the pan, wait for the soup to start boiling. Then put the lid of the pan on top of it and let it simmer this way for 20 minutes. When the time is up, the soup will be ready. Serve it while it is still warm.
