The next thing you can do in the fall is exfoliating your skin every now and then. This will help remove all dead skin cells from it and at the same time it will boost blood flow into the top layers of your skin. It will make it glow and stay healthy.

The next way you could protect your skin from the cold fall weather is to make sure you cover as much as possible from it. For example, you need to wear gloves all the time outside to protect your hand skin from the cold weather.
