Easy and Delicious Dinner Recipes with Pork

Pork is not all people’s favorite kind of meat. Some people say that it contains too much fat and that it why they do not eat it, and others do not eat it because it is against their religion. If you, however, are not afraid to give this meat a chance, then you could try these recipes with pork that we have prepared for you. Cheese and Spinach Pork Roll


1 ½ pound of pork loin

For the marinate you will need:

1/3 cup of olive oil
2 tablespoons of rosemary

1 tablespoon of thyme

3 cloves of garlic

2 teaspoons of salt

2 teaspoons of pepper

For the roll stuffing:

½ cup of ricotta

½ cup of Parmesan

1 tablespoon of olive oil

3 cloves of garlic

3 cups of fresh spinach

salt and pepper to taste

For the garnish:

2 cups of carrots

2 cups of onions

3 cups of potatoes

olive oil

salt and pepper to taste


Step 1

First you need to prepare the marinate for the pork. Get a bowl and mix in it all the ingredients for the marinate. Make sure you mix them well and then leave it aside while you are preparing the stuffing.

Step 2

Get a deep pan and heat the tablespoon of olive oil in it. Then add the garlic cloves which if you like may chop beforehand. Then add the cups of spinach and season it with salt and pepper to your taste. Stir-fry the spinach by carefully turning on each side to be evenly cooked. You will notice that it is ready when it shrinks dramatically.

Step 3

Remove the pan with the spinach from the hot plate and put the spinach mix in a bowl. Add the ricotta and the Parmesan. You also need to add 2 teaspoons of salt and 2 teaspoons of pepper, but it is not necessary. You may season it to your taste. Mix all the ingredients in the bowl well. And then your stuffing will be ready. Leave it aside for now.

Step 4

Now get the pork loin and cut it vertically by making of it one big wide piece. Make sure you only have 1 piece and not two pieces of pork loin because this way the rolls will not come out as expected. Then lay it with some cooking foil and then by using a meat hammer make the meat flatter. This way it would be easy for you to fold the roll.

Step 5

Remove the foil and get the spinach mixture. Apply it evenly on the pork loin and then roll the meat inwards. You will have one big meat roll. Get 3 pieces of long thread and tie the pork roll in three places. This way you will make sure that the roll will not unroll while you are cooking it. Do not worry about this step, you will later remove the thread.

Step 6

Now you need to get the marinate you made in the first step. Apply it evenly on the top of the pork roll by using a cooking brush. Then put the roll in a big pan and stir fry it for a couple of minutes on each side until it sides start having a brownish crust. Then remove it from the pan.

Step 7

Now get a big cooking tin and put all the ingredients for the garnish in it. First you will need to cut the vegetables in pieces, of course. Then spread them equally on the tin. Finally add some olive oil and salt and pepper to taste and mix them with the vegetables. Then put the pork roll in the center of the tin. Do not worry if some of the vegetables stay under it. Roast it in the oven for 45 minutes at 220 0C.

Step 8

When the time is up, remove the tin from the oven. Cut the pieces of thread and throw them away. Cut the pork roll into 6-7 pieces. Serve the pork rolls garnished with roasted vegetables. And this is it.

Grilled Pork with Citrus Fruits


1 pork tenderloin

1 fennel

1 grapefruit

1 orange

1 tangerine

salt to taste

pepper to taste

olive oil


First, you need to season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper on each side. Then add some olive oil and spread it equally on the pork tenderloin with your hands.

Then grill the meat for about 15-20 minutes on each side. Make sure it is nicely grilled before you take it off the grill.

Then peel the citrus fruits and cut them into circle pieces. Do not make them too thick. Leave them aside for now in a bowl.

Then get the fennel. You will need only the white part of it. Cut the green part away. Then get the white one and cut it into two halves. Then cut each half vertically into thin and long pieces.

After you cut them put all the fennel pieces into a big bowl and season it with salt and pepper and some olive oil. Mix it well.

And then all you need to do is serve. Cut the tenderloin into round pieces. Serve it garnished with citrus fruits and fennel pieces. And your delicious, easy and healthy meal is done!
