Homemade Strawberry Ice-cream

3 cups of frozen strawberries
2 cups of fresh strawberries
3 frozen bananas
2/3 cup of Greek yogurt
First, you need to mix the frozen strawberries and the frozen bananas in a blender. Add the yogurt before you blend them together. When they turn into paste, stop blending and pour the mixture into a container.
Then get the fresh strawberries and wash them. Then cut them into small pieces and sprinkle the pieces on top of the blended banana and strawberry mixture. Put the container in the freezer for about 2 hours.
Once the time is up, you can get the container out and you will already have a nice cool strawberry ice-cream. You can decorate it with some chocolate chips or some biscuits. And this is it – easy, fast, and more importantly delicious.
Liquid Chocolate Dumplings
The next recipe is again quite easy to do, but this time it will take probably a little longer than the first one. It is also not the healthiest kind of dessert, but it is absolutely delicious. So, if you like liquid chocolate, then this recipe is the right one for you. Here is what you need to prepare it.
1 cup raspberry jam
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup liquid chocolate
1 cup water
1 cup bananas
some powdered sugar
There are two main steps you need to follow when doing the dessert. The first is that you need to make the dumplings and the second one is that you need to make the side dish, or the topping, for the dumplings.
First, you need to get a container and put in it the raspberry jam. Add the vanilla into it and mix them a little. Then you need to microwave the mixture for a minute at high temperature. When this is ready, leave it aside and prepare the dumplings.
Now get a dumpling wrapper and put in the center of it a teaspoon of liquid chocolate. Add a couple of bananas on top of the chocolate and wrap the dumplings. In order for the wrapper not to unroll, you need to stick its ends with a couple of drops of water.
When the dumpling wrapper is wrapped, you need to fry it until it has turned brown. It is very important to remember that you need to fry the dumplings equally on each side. When it is ready, you can remove it from the heat. Repeat the same step with the rest of the dumplings.
When all the dumplings are ready, sprinkle powdered sugar on top and serve them with raspberry jam – dip a dumpling in the jam and have it this way. It is very delicious and perfect when having a lot of guests at home.
