If one does not have time to work out, it does not mean that they should eat high-fat foods and do nothing to keep fit. Today we are going to show you some ways and little tricks you can start doing in your everyday busy life and stay fit and in a good shape at the same time.
#1 Drink black coffee
If you are coffee addict then you probably have two, three, or even more cups of coffee a day. Coffee has few calories and has health benefits so it is OK to drink it. However, a lot of women like adding sugar, cream, milk to it, and these extra ingredients make this cup of coffee extra caloric.
If you drink some special coffees with syrups in them, then you take extra calories without even realizing this. That is why it is better to drink black coffee. Or if you do not like it that much black, then you could add some milk, but this is it. No extra sugar, cream, and certainly no syrups.
#2 Have fresh, or frozen vegetables instead of canned ones
There are a lot of vegetables, like peas, tomatoes, and carrots, which are sold canned. A lot of people choose them instead of the fresh ones because it is easier to cook them. However, you should know that vegetables and other kinds of foods that are canned have extra sugar in them, which, of course, makes them more caloric.
If you want to use these products in your cooking it is best to use fresh ones. If you cannot find fresh ones, then use frozen ones, because these ones do not contain extra sugar. This way you will not have these extra calories you actually do not need.
#3 Stop eating sweets
If you do not have time to go to the gym and do special exercises, then you should be very careful what you eat. And this means that you should exclude from your menu foods that contain extra sugar in them. This means that you should stop eating doughnuts, chocolates, and other sweets. They contain a lot of calories, more than 500 per 100 grams. And if you need 2000 calories a day, just think how much these 500 calories are.
Instead you can have something much healthier, like fruits. If you have some fruit for breakfast, even dried fruits, you will help your body not crave for extra sugar throughout the rest of the day. And speaking of fruits, here is another trick which will help you stay fit in your busy life.
#4 Have fruits with stones
There are a lot of people who think that since fruits are healthy, this means that they have few calories. Well, this is not exactly true. They contain fructose. Surprisingly enough there are fruits which are more caloric than others.
And if you want to lose weight and still have some healthy fruits, then it is best to choose ones which have stones in them, like peaches, cherries, apricots, and others, and to avoid the ones who does not have, like bananas and oranges, for example.
These fruits will cut down your cholesterol, as well. So, you can start your busy day with 100 grams of such fruits and you will not have to worry about other fruit intake for the rest of the day.
#5 Say “no” to sour cream
Last, but not least, if you want to effortlessly stay fit, then you should remember that you should not only cut down sugar, but also be careful with sour cream. It is even best to exclude it from your diet completely. It may be delicious, but it is extremely caloric, so if you have it regularly, there is a big chance that you will not only not stay fit, but even gain weight. It is better to have some strained yogurt.
