3 Easy Desserts with only 3 Ingredients

Nowadays people say that they do not cook because they do not have enough time for that. This, however, is rather an excuse for their laziness. There are a lot of recipes which do not require a lot of time and ingredients, and which are relatively easy to make. If a person wants to cook, they will find half an hour, or sometimes even less, to prepare a dish.

To show you that this is possible, we have prepared for you a couple of recipes which will not take too much of your time and at the same time you will not need too many ingredients to cook them, which is another excuse people find not to cook. So, check out these easy dessert recipes we have offered you!

#1 Peanut butter cups

Ingredients:

1 bowl of peanut butter
1 bowl of melted chocolate
1 bowl of powdered sugar

Directions:

The first type of recipe in our list does not even requite cooking. What you need to do is to mix the ingredients and to refrigerate them. You will also need a muffin-shape tin.

Step 1

Mix the peanut butter and the powdered sugar and start stirring until the two ingredients become one homogeneous mixture. Then get the muffin tin and apply some melted chocolate on the bottom of each muffin shapes.

Step 2

Then get a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture and put it on top of the melted chocolate layer. Do the same with the rest of the muffin shapes.

Step 3

Lastly, you need to get a spoonful of melted chocolate and to spread it over the layer of peanut butter. Do the same with the rest of the shapes.

Step 4

When you are done and the shapes are full, you need to put the tin in the fridge for about an hour. Let the cups harshen up. After this happens, they will be ready to be taken out of the fridge and to be served.

You could make this dessert when you have some unexpected guests and when you have the needed ingredients at home.

#2 Home-made ice-cream cake

Ingredients:

1 cup of chocolate cookies
1 cup of vanilla ice-cream
1 cup of melted chocolate

Directions:

Step 1

Get the chocolate cookies and put them in a plastic zipper bag. Close the bag and get a rolling pin. Start crashing the chocolate cookies using the rolling pin on them.

This way the cookies will be perfectly crashed without too much effort and at the same time there will not be any crumbs left on the kitchen table afterwards.

Step 2

When the cookies have been thinly crushed, open the zipper bag and pour them into a clean round tin. Spread the crumbs evenly on the bottom of it using your palms.

Step 3

Then get the vanilla ice-cream and spread it on top of the layer of chocolate cookies crumbs. You again need to make sur you do it evenly.

Step 4

Lastly, you will need the melted chocolate. Spread it on top of the ice-cream layer, but this time you should not worry about spreading it evenly.

You could use the chocolate to write something on the layer of ice cream, or to create some interesting shapes or patterns, this is up to you.

Step 5

The last thing you need to do is to put the dessert into the freezer for about 4 hours. This way the whole dessert will freeze and you will have a nice home-made ice-cream cake. Enjoy!

#3 White & Black Truffles

Ingredients:

1 cup of chocolate cookies
1 cup of white chocolate
1 cup of cream cheese

Directions:

First, you need to get the chocolate cookies and to blend in a blender until it all becomes a homogeneous dough-like mixture. Then pour the blended cookies in a bowl and add the cream cheese.

Step 2

Mix the two ingredients well with a wooden spoon until it becomes a thick mixture, like a dough. Put this mixture in the fridge for some time to let it chill.

While you are waiting for the mixture to chill, you can melt the white chocolate in a microwave.

Step 3

Then take the bowl with the dough-like mixture from the fridge. Get a handful of it and make a ball. Then put the ball into the melted white chocolate and roll it in it. Take it out of it after that and put it on a tin, or a plate.

Step 4

Do the same with the rest of the mixture. If you want you can sprinkle some blended chocolate cookies on top to make the balls look even prettier. Let them chill in the fridge and after that you can serve them. Enjoy!
